Faverly is made and operated by STUDIOKJ, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Faverly, you agree to these terms.
Using Faverly
- You must be at least 13 to use Faverly.
- You're responsible for your account. Use Faverly lawfully, and don't misuse or try to disrupt it.
- What you add belongs to you. You let us store it and show it, as your sharing settings allow, to run Faverly.
Reviews, profiles, and Discover
Keep what you share kind and lawful. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or anything illegal. You can report a post or a profile and block anyone from within the app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
Free to use
Faverly is free. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links: "Find on Amazon" on movies, shows, books, and albums, "Find at Bookshop.org" on books, and Expedia links on hotels. As an Amazon Associate, Faverly earns from qualifying purchases, and we may also earn a commission from Bookshop.org and Expedia. It costs you nothing extra and never changes what we show. Purchases and bookings are between you and the store or travel site.
Information from others
Details, posters, covers, awards, and guide listings come from third parties such as TMDb, Open Library, Apple, the MICHELIN Guide, and other publications. We show them as-is and can't guarantee they're complete or current. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account and everything in it, and can't be undone.
Availability
We aim to keep Faverly running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Faverly is provided without warranties and our liability is limited.
